The data shows a market in transition. While prices are down from last year, buyer activity is telling a different story.
📈 Home Sales: 6,100 homes sold – a powerful 10.9% increase compared to July 2024.
🏠 New Listings: Up 5.7% year-over-year. Crucially, sales are growing almost twice as fast as new inventory, which means more competition for available homes.
